The best way to see if a martial art is right for you is to visit a class. Fill out the form below and an instructor will contact you to set up a time for you to come in and try out one of our classes for free.

Register Online
Online registration is available through the Sacramento Parks and Recreation website. Click on a link below to register for a class. Students registering for a class may attend all three classes available per week.

Come and See Us
Our school is very guest friendly. Guests and children are welcome to watch any class and may use their time their to speak with the instructors about the program. Registrations are handled at the Coloma Community Center, 4623 T Street, Sacramento, CA 95819. Students eligible for the family discount must register here in person. |
